Banks were not asking for a federal backstop in 2008, until they did.

In this case I have no idea how to do that except buying all the excess inventory from HW makers like NVidia but that still leaves the rest of industry in a pinch.

Debt forgiveness is a concept that the american mind can't comprehend, except when it's applied to rich people and corporations.
