Found this in the bike shop and I have no idea what it goes to. Any ideas? Those are two different threaded rods on either end that can be adjusted separately.
A long ovoid with a threaded rod sticking out at each end and a hole in the middle. On the longer of the two threaded rods is a bolt with a wide flat disc surface sticking off one side.
