We decided to do today's PhD supervision as a walk-and-talk on a hike up to #Skansen. From there I continued on my own up to the #Fløyen summit, and on to #Skomakerdiket. I had a hot chocolate from the restaurant in the sun while answering some emails. Regretted not bringing my skis. #Bergen #AcademicChatter

Today was just warm enough that I could work in the park across the pond from the faculty for a few hours.

A photograph taken form a park bench on a gravel path, looking across a small artificial lake, some trees in fall foliage and a cityscape in the background.

When it got too cold to sit still, I went for a walk up to #Skansen, #Bergen.

A photograph taken down a steep alleyway on a sunny day. There are a jumble of smaller tile roofed buildings, a church spire centrally in the picture, a fjord and a city harbor with boats and ships of various sizes.
