Eartha Kitt is my fave #catwoman: iconic, sly, and impossible to forget. Julie Newmar, eat your heart out.

Halle Berry looked great in her catsuit, but that movie (and the EA game tied to it) never landed for me.

Eartha also sang the famously cheeky “Santa Baby,” a song that stirred controversy in its day for its playful, suggestive tone which makes it one of my holiday favourites.

May your holidays be as bold and memorable as her voice, and may your stocking be full of delight for both naughty and nice!

ICYMI Eartha Kitt was PURRFECT as Catwoman So WHY Did They Silence Her?

PS
For me, the best Batman: Christian Bale for the films; Adam West for the TV series.

"The Heart of Lincoln" is one of 7,000 silent films listed by the Library of Congress as being lost forever. Now, the 1915 movie about Abraham Lincoln and Civil War life, has been found. NBC explains how film student Dan Martin found the 16-millimeter film while going through boxes during his summer internship at Lauro's Historic Films Archive in Greenport, New York. The film has now been cleaned and digitized so it will be preserved forever.
