#Union leader #BigBillHaywood was born in 1869 on #ThisDayInHistory. He was radicalized by the #HaymarketAffair and in 1905 helped found the #IWW. He was arrested in 1917 & found guilty of hindering the draft, but he skipped bail in 1921 & fled to the #USSR where he died in 1928.
