If you’re in the Portland Metro area, I still have a HEAP of the Cardoons left. Maybe for outdoor Halloween decor. Reach out if you’d like to come and get some.

They aren’t pristine b/c they caught a bit of rain and then dried again.

When you’re done with them, you can just set them outside and let the seeds fall to Earth. I think the birds would appreciate the silky stuff over the seeds when it’s time to build nests, too. It resembles the fluff you find in milkweed pods.
