We try to respond to all designers within 1-2 business days, so keep an eye on your inbox! There are five sections in this form. Basic business information Details and extra information (optional) Socials (optional) Discounted patterns and other prizes Additional purchasing info (optional) REALLY IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ THIS! Information Accuracy Information is pulled from this form and used in event material EXACTLY as you provide it. If a specific format is needed, but the data you gave us doesn't match that format, it may not display properly in FOYAL content. But if you make a mistake, don't worry - you can edit your inputs after you submit - Google will send an automatic email containing an editing link.
