A portrait orientation shot taken from one side of a river flowing through a big city. We're looking across flat, green-toned water at a high, sheer bank of bricks and columns, all reflected on the rippled water's surface, that support a road with buildings behind it. In the distance there are some modernist tower blocks but our focus is on the lower, wider building that sits behind the road that runs by the river. The architecture is art nouveau and brightly coloured in shades of green with bold yellow accents. The central part of the façade is a huge decorative arch formed from large, square, pale green tiles. The upper part of the arch interior is a fan-light arrangement with yellow and darker green petals fanning out and a clock mounted in the centre. The lower part of the arch is filled with glass windows split into three rows of ten rectangular panes. Similar window areas are to either side of this arch but with twelve panes across each, grouped into three groups of four and with the upper row arched. These areas are further flanked by square, thick stone columns, highly decorated with reliefs and fluted columns of their own.
