So, with a massive 27% of the over 30,000 votes cast, this is officially the Woodland Trust Tree of the Year for 2025! Known as the Argyle Street Ash Tree, it's thought to be at least 170 years. This makes it older than many other major features of the West End of the city, including the Kelvin Hall, the Kelvingrove Art Gallery, and even the current Glasgow University Campus.
