@TCMuffin Leaving aside the loss of trust after actual government ministers left privileged information in briefcases on trains/at stations/etc, can you IMAGINE how much information hackers can uncover when (and it *is* a when, not an if) they crack the security which will have been given to the lowest bidder because government?!

All that money. All that extortion.

The hack of #JaguarLandRover #JLR highlights exactly this problem...internal IT staff fired and IT security farmed out to a third party private contractor!

Security doesn't come cheap, but the alternative is far worse and much more expensive 🤦
