I wasn't sure what to do for National Wildlife Day (why not World Wildlife Day, I wonder?) but found myself worried anew about creatures on the brink of extinction.

So I spent some time learning more about the Sei Whale (one of the fastest whales, reaching speeds of up to 30 miles per hour) and the Yangtze Finless Porpoise (known for its mischievous smile and has a level of intelligence comparable to that of a gorilla)
