I think #tootik and #Forte already allow full migrations, but something akin to ATProto PDS or Nostr Relay will take more time to build.

🔑 Sign in => Create portable user? (y/n) => y
base58-encoded Ed25519 private key or 'generate' to generate => generate
⚙️ Settings => 🚲 Data portability => Show
2. Register on didkey.000090000.xyz, provide your key instead of generating
3. Configure gateways
⚙️ Settings => 🚲 Data portability => ➕ Add => didkey.000090000.xyz on hd.206267.xyz and vice versa
