Tried to sharpen my scythe blade. Only managed to make it worse. Again. I understand what is supposed to happen and I know how to use a hammer. The peening jig was supposed to make this “easy.”

I’m out of pre-sharpened blades I can use until they stop holding an edge. Going to the knife sharpening event at the hardware store isn’t how this works.

I’ve been looking for an in person workshop but none of the ones I’ve found are in the US. #gardening #mowing #scythe
