A new generative deep-learning system, BioEmu, has achieved a scientific breakthrough in protein modeling. Led by Prof. Dr. Frank Noé and Prof. Dr. Cecilia Clementi (Freie Universität Berlin/Microsoft Research), BioEmu accurately predicts structural ensembles and thermodynamic properties, including hidden binding pockets and protein stability changes. The technology and code are freely available.
