Sooo… weird question. Is anybody aware of a good #statistics package for #Java (or callable from Java, so #Scala, #Kotlin, or other #JVM languages) that supports #PERMANOVA?

Or a way to run #R from Java? #Renjin or #JRI (part of #rJava)? adonis/adonis2 supposedly supports PERMANOVA.

for #FreeSoftwareAdvent, I'd like to highlight OpenJDK, and the #JVM. If Sun hadn't licensed it GPL, I would have moved on.

OpenJDK is the complete developer's kit, including a runtime that powers back ends for a whole lot of web apps and APIs, often chosen for its performance, and parallelism.
