Doesn't Linux Mint come with Flatpak/Flathub configured out of the box? @odapoda says she had trouble installing @signalapp, had to use the command line stuff on their website.

@forteller @odapoda Signal on Flathub is an unofficial app. IIRC, Linux Mint hides unofficial flatpaks in their package manager. You have to flip a switch to be able to install unofficial flatpaks from their software center.
@forteller @odapoda Since Signal flatpak is unverified, it's recommended to install it from their repo, as is instructed on the Signal website.
`flatpak install org.signal.Signal` would have worked though. 😉
No issues with my signal flatpack on same software.
I do manual updates for #signalapp on android and signal does update a lot...
If something like that doesn't work with some re-tries, or an overnight, forums.linuxmimt.com will either have your answers, or ask some smart follow-up questions.
(I'm not going to ask you to dump system specs on a microblog platform, of course!)
