@josephcox When I worked for a bank we took tape backups of data from the mainframe and servers to off-site storage every single day. You would have to work really hard to lose something irretrievably. Doing it "accidentally" if you've got a proper IT system sounds highly sus.

Fuck these people. You've got body cams, car cams, street cams, either back up your claims or apologize, release the people being illegally held, and compensate them for damages. If you can afford $150K _per_ officer you can afford to pay damages. Let's go.
