Jira stopped being usable maybe at around 2012. Then a feature creep or, rather, feature tsunami set in and then they pushed to the cloud. Now going all AI is no surprise. The surprise is that there are still people using it.

@campuscodi My workplace uses both Jira and Confluence. I already very much wished they didn’t before this; now my dislike for them as products is further multiplied by dislike for the company.

@campuscodi The CEO of atlassian has a net worth of $12 billion (At one point $24 billion). That is all money extracted from mostly Atlassian. If we assume that even half of it was from Atlassian, that is enough to give *each* of these 150 employees $40 million. Firing this many people at once is a big fuck you to the worker class. No one deserves or needs $10 million, let alone $12,000,000,000 dollars. He literally can't spend it quickly enough yet is firing people. #eattherich
