A small traffic cone fully wrapped in thick light brown sisal rope sits nested atop a larger, unwrapped red traffic cone to provide extra height once our cat grew. A small flat scratchpad is held in position on the left by the weight of the cone stack. A foam chair is to the right, covered by various old towels and pillows to discourage scratching on *that* (with mixed success) 😹
