White folx, you do not need a consistent, demonstrated antiracist practice as a favor to Black and brown folx.
You need it to save yourselves from systems, institutions, and policies that treat you not as human beings, but as expendable bodies to be consumed by the most powerful and depraved among you.
it still amazes me how many folks just don't get that if everyone isn't safe and equal, no exceptions, you are not safe. you just might be a bit further back in the line. if there is such a line and a lack of safety, they will get to you too at some point.

Folx who will cling to their internalized anti-Blackness because “othering” Black and brown people has always been the psychological glue that holds the myth together.
I saw a document where, in the middle of all this depravity, the language was unmistakable. The request was explicit: “young fresh meat girls.” “Virgins.” Don’t bring me any niggers.”
Sit with that.
Their belief in the myth of white supremacy was so absolute that even in the depths of their violence, racism remained a non-negotiable filter. That belief may have been the only thing that spared some Black girls and women from the specific horrors so many white children, women, and men were subjected to.
And if that doesn’t chill you, it should.
Because it reveals something many of you still refuse to face: the myth does not exist to protect you.
It exists to rank, sort, dehumanize, and make all of us disposable.
