@GossiTheDog The translation is awful and says the exact opposite of the original article ("plans to use technologies from the USA" when the original text said ICC wanted to move away from the USA; and same error with "Microsoft is to replace").
@bortzmeyer @GossiTheDog I suspect what happened in the translation is that it was roughly word to word or short phrase to short phrase without considering how German word order differs from English word order.
I can't check the original - there seems to be a paywall or something.
@GossiTheDog is that the original text or some translation, because it makes no sense (esp. the beginning of the second paragraph)?
