Independent fromme fromme this or intially, a good start for institutions still hanging in MS365 or so can start with LibreOffice free file formats, so that there is an overall interoperability in data exchange.
Thats mainly replacements for Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
@libreoffice At the hospital i was working at they used both LibreOffice and M$ Office, and i was confused.
