@somebody every single thing i read about vint cerf has him developing really terrible shit that is actively opposed to anonymity. wikipedia credits him with developing the TCP mechanism that refragments your packets for you and lets any intermediary introduce arbitrary replay attacks particularly when he goes to stanford after ripping off pouzin's ideas. ipv6 claims to avoid refragmentation but as with every other IETF standard it's all a fucking lie there's just a different mechanism for refragmentation
