I remember that Fallout has the SPECIAL stats system. Strength, Perception, Endurance, etc
I think five meters / axes would be sufficient for this game, and it also occurs to me that a fun lil pentagonal graph would be fun to add.
Dungeons and dragons has its own stats system, and I believe there is also GURPS.
I think I will put this morality system into Oats For My Goats, a 2D dungeon crawler roguelike type thingy.
