About 2 million! Just hired hands, not including people who live on & own family farms!

The US also has about 2 million waiters/waitresses and about 2 million truck drivers.

The surge in hiring H2A workers isn't just about "getting away from undocumented labor." It's also about replacing US workers.

Since its inception, H2A has had a high minimum wage- precisely to prevent competition with US workers.

And that's what Trump just got rid of.

The Trump administration DOES cave to pressure. Especially when "here's how this hurts US workers" can be brought to bear.

The logic behind cutting the H2A minimum wage was "Farmers can't afford to pay it."

If that were true, H2A hiring wouldn't be exploding like this.

Aujourd’hui j’ai encore reçu un mail déçu d’une personne qui avait flashé sur une création aujourd’hui vendue. Les créations sont uniques . Parfois je peux éventuellement créer un cousin parce que j’ai encore le papier japonais mais ça n’est pas toujours le cas .
De plus pour les fêtes, je crée moins vite que je ne vends donc parfois certaines catégories se vident . Et comme c’est de l’artisanat , il faut du temps pour faire une suspension ou une volière … . Je vous invite sans aucune pensée mercantile à vous y prendre en avance .

Privacy rules should be strengthened, not demolished!
Like crippling the GDPR in favour of AI leaches!
Or implementing requiring spying tools on our electronic devices to watch over our shoulders with all we do, just under the guise of 'protecting' children.
Or infringing on our privacy by requiring an age check, basically requiring to fully disclose our identity and personal details to companies. Also under the guise of protecting minors!
