It’s interesting how a moment in time can transform the use of a technology.

With the adoption and normalisation of QR codes I think that time, certainly in AoNZ, was the Covid pandemic with QR codes being used to record location data into your personal Covid app.

It's now just as hot inside as outside, and because the humidity has gone up, it feels even more gross than earlier even though it's slightly cooler now. The air is completely still. New video shows a cop violently assaulting 21-year-old Eryn Bonner in Tempe, Arizona.

The officer can be seen tackling the woman to the ground and then punching her in the face.

I honestly don’t know what to make of this. A reasoning part of me wants me to not go overboard. And also to be careful with other people’s culture.

But this can’t be ignored. That feels like it would be a real problem.
