@tinker I'm really not. I don't really have a measure of health to compare against other than, noticing changes in my body. My double chin isn't as pronounced, as in I have to look down further before I notice it, My old clothes are starting to fit again, the doc just told me my blood pressure and kidney numbers are much better than earlier this year.
@da_667 - I mean, those are perfect benchmarks. The big thing to take to heart is that weight is just one measure, but it measures a lot more than just fat. Muscle weighs more than fat. So a plateau of weight may indicate fat loss and muscle gain, for example.

I tried to introduce my son, Alex, to programming when he was young. He wasn’t interested. But he eventually found his way to it on his own. By the time Alex graduated high school, he had put his first app into the App Store.
Now, after 4 years at WPI, Alex has a BS in Computer Science and a Masters in Data Science, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA. (Yes, he received the maximum possible grade in every undergraduate and graduate class he took in all 4 years!)
We are immensely proud of him! ❤️

I picked up a pair of "toy" video walkie talkies with front and rear cameras for $20. I absolutely cannot believe the quality of the video (full motion, virtually no lag) and the range (300 meters outside? More? Not at all bad inside either) and the audio is completely acceptable. I had read that some of these units recorded each utterance push-to-talk and then sent it over complete to the other unit -- but these are sending audio on the push-to-talk in real time with almost no delay. Units pair to each other, apparently using 2.4 Ghz (encrypted?), presumably ad hoc network. $20 for a pair. This is nuts.
