Red blood cells modified with ‘click’ chemistry can snap together to form clots that staunch bleeding in seconds. Tested so far in rats, this produces clots stronger than both natural clots & a commercial product used to stop bleeding.

@hipsterelectron yes, but then I think of the "bomb letter", and if the bootlickers get TT to endorse too much weapons buffoonery, it might actually happen.
@promovicz what was the bomb letter
We released Unbound 1.25.0. This version of our #OpenSource #DNS resolver includes improvements and fixes resulting from reports by various security researchers.
In the release notes, the word “thanks" appears 32 times. You can expect this trend to continue for the next couple of releases, at least.
Lastly, please note the new signing key we're using since January ‘26.

@nlnetlabs Thank you for your Thanks in the release notes!
@catsalad Where 'multiple' is like a small number of distinct options. Not 100 variations.
none of these answer the question "who is accountable for this" but props to (1) for implying kernel vulns are uncommon and worth skepticism https://social.hackerspace.pl/@q3k/116490249266904439

@OpenTech_AUC Yes, but I am not sure if they would like to share their identity. Feel free to email the XPUB email on the website if you want to reach out and ask 🌻
@tommi @OpenTech_AUC I'm a teacher and happy to say that @xpub benefits from peer to peer learning, so @tommi is definitely also a teacher :)
@catsalad @LoganFive cats understand their priorities!

@TheBreadmonkey Nonsense! One million pounds!
@ffoodd big up à elle.

By Jamelle Bouie’s definition – the understanding “that societies are complex systems, and that the reason to try to preserve certain norms and traditions [is] to avoid needless chaos and disruption as we change and progress. We cannot predict the full consequences of what we do, and so we should choose carefully and deliberately as we navigate the world. We should be modest in our ambitions, aware of our own fallibility and mindful of the way things can go wrong” – most of the self-described radicals I know are “conservatives.”
It’s simply that the norms and traditions they seek to conserve are things like “treating people with respect,” “treading lightly on the Earth” and “taking care of each other.”
I'm honoured to have been elected to the Board of Directors of F-Droid, the most well-known #opensource alternative to the Google Play Store. :fdroid:
Imagine Microsoft deciding from now on what you can install on your laptop. No internet, you can only download things through the MS app store. Apps that MS has approved. Who wouldn't find that suffocating? Yet that is what Google wants to do on our Android phones (and what Apple already has - a closed ecosystem).

I'm looking to get something translated for my latest novel.
