As long as the word you want is about a computer, and you don't want to know about anything after the year 2000.

session (sesh-in) 1. A 50-minute hour spent with a psychiatrist to help repair the mental trauma of having to use a computer. 2. An individual activity being carried out by a multitasking computer. See also multitasking.
artificial life (ar-tuh-fish-al lief) A research area devoted to the creation and study of computer simulations of living organisms. "After meeting her boss, Molly wondered how far the study of artificial life had gone."
coding (koh-deeng) To actually write a program using a specific programming language, such as C, BASIC, or Pascal. "I tried coding in COBOL until I switched to C. Now it takes me half as long to code with only twice as many mistakes."
