Certainly one greatest failures. The other IMO is the failure to match and counter Leonard Leo and his Fascist Federalist legal hit squad in its successful mission to destroy the Rule of Law. The non-MAGA across the spectrum have failed spectacularly in the “infowars” -failing to even recognize it as a battlefield *for years* while the right created and weaponized a complete, billionaire-funded and owned media ecosystem.
