It reminds me of a sitcom I watched ages ago, might have been Malcolm in the Middle?
A character was trying to cheat for a big test by writing all the test answers on his body in really, really small script. And he did it over and over again trying to get it smaller, and by the time he got to the test he discovered he didn't need to look at his arms because he had "written the test answers inside his own head" through the repetition. He accidentally re-invented studying for a test.
"Chat GPT inside my head" sounds like these people are on the verge of re-inventing thinking. And I am here for it, I guess?
