According to the FBI the guy wanted to go join foreign terrorist groups. And that didn't work out. Then they keep him on the line for like fuckin TWO WHOLE YEARS, apparently with zero crimes committed, before pretending to be ISIS handlers and selling him an AK 47 with 200 bullets. He then robs a hat store.
