Some generalizations I've come to while eating all these sandwiches:
- Sandwich shops in government civic center areas: fast, average price, sometimes crappy
- Sandwich shops in financial districts: fast, expensive, usually very good
- Sandwich shops near high schools: average price, pretty good, HUGE
- Lone bodegas in residential areas: the owner is so happy to see you and wants to be your friend and makes you the best sandwich they can
