Danish resistance forces had plenty of weapons thanks to airdropped supplies from Britain, so gun laws had nothing to do with the level of resistance.
Also, the limited resistance on invasion day was primarily a consequence of an insane legal framework that cast doubt on the right to shoot when no war was declared. As a result, Denmark has had a standing fire at will order since 1952.
