An interesting freedom of information decision from the ICO, about a request to
> the British Transport Police (BTP) to disclose the algorithmic methods underpinning any automated image recognition technology it uses.
The ICO was unconvinced that the BTP genuinely did not have the information in question, and so required it to look again.
