So lillygo makes these little wifi sticks running ESP32s called the t-dongle.

It's just a little doodad that connects to wifi.

I think it would be neat to build an overlay web made of these things (and other things! whatever you have around, but specifically targeting these things) with it's own DNS, with the expectation that the server is just hanging out on wifi somewhere and doesn't have much juice and everything is static or barely dynamic and always HTML 4 + CSS 2 (plus maybe inline video and audio playback, but honestly make your video and audio playback downloads or podcasts.)
