- Launch of a national citizens’ assembly process grounded in the themes of the National Emergency Briefing
- Radical shift on housing policy to make multiple home ownership unaffordable
- Programme of moving water management and treatment into community-owned coops
- Programme of community-owned urban farming sites
- Programme of investment in public transport
