Let's be clear about something: we aren't free, here in the US. The political repression is real & obvious (& nowhere is it more obvious than Texas).
This shit is delivered matter-of-factly, but... fascist authoritarianism is here *now*. It actually has been here for a bit, but they are tightening the screws.
