It’s not just an annoyance, it makes me feel like absolute shit and can properly ruin my day. To be so disrespected, to have my time and peace valued so cheaply... makes me feel worthless tbh.

It might feel low-stakes & cheeky to you - ‘where’s the harm in trying, eh?’ - but it is actually pretty harmful to me.
