I built Light Touch, a full-featured iPod touch 2G emulator for Mac. Networking + Wayback Machine proxy, GLES/3D games support, a built-in app store via legacystore.app, rotation, screen capture, the works. Have fun https://github.com/samhenrigold/LightTouchMac/releases
