The Labour Party is (once again & this time in the person of Lucy Powell) is calling for 'progressive vote coalition'... but as we know what this means is a coalition *within* the Labour Party, not a popular front that recognises in some constituencies the Labour Party no longer is seen as the progressives' choice.
Only when Labour realises that its ability to dominate the field of choice for left voters has diminished will a real 'coalition' be possible.
