Cats are well known in the animal tech industry as one of the most dangerous bites for the reasons they give here. They have long teeth that make deep puncture wounds well into hands which tend to close over quickly with bacteria deep inside. In animal tech training this is normally framed in contrast to mice, which bite like the tip of a cooking knife.
