I've now painstakingly recreated the colouring bug from ~Sept 17 as an option.

Mandelbrot plot around -1.053564814814815-0.3945138888888889i with standard smoothed colouring.

The same spot but with my recreation of the smoothing bug from last week. Smoothing regions are too narrow, giving it a kind of wave-like colouring.

And for giggles, I tried applying the glitch to mono colouring. Wow!

The same render as before with the enabled colouring glitch but rendered in monochrome.
