been switching between GNOME and Windows 11 (Enterprise LTSC) and macOS 27 a lot the last week and GNOME is the nicest looking to me - best font choices and text rendering on a normal PPI display, least junk littering the place - what a time to be alive

@mittyoz GNOME is the desktop environment on linux - I chose Arch as the distro and GNOME as the "interface"

@decryption agreed, although i'm yet to use macos above version 15, & that's via opencore legacy patcher. modern gnome is really clean & has a good ux. i only use it with my tails os usb because i also like being able to customise the shit out of my linux desktop, but it's nice to use every time.
@decryption is GNOME a distro or are you using Ubuntu or something?
