Why does Starlink need 42,000 (+15,000, +100,000) to provide the services that this company can provide with only 264 satellites? And why isn't anybody asking Starlink to show why they need so damn many satellites? (This is the right direction to go with engineering: provide your services with fewer satellites. Kessler is coming.)
@sundogplanets I don't know how many commenters have already said this. It's obvious. That way they can fill up the available Low Earth Orbits and have a monopoly.
