- Link to SFOS forum
- Add app icon source
- New icon, compliant to SFOS design language #14
- Profile headers clickable, profile pages with follow/unfollow
- Update AI statement for app icon

@sn@social.josko.org nice job! I'm trying it and works really good with snac. Just a question, it seems not to fetch older posts, scrolling down it just stops after 20/30 post.

@lorenzo thx, I'll check this tomorrow, this whole list on SFOS is a bit of a mess, there are some rough edges, hence the 0 versioning
