@minus it literally has the same name. it's unbelievably hackish on Apple's part. And it's maddening that so many people are acting like it's somehow different or better than the identical shit that every other phone manufacturer has been doing for years
should I just buy an old surface duo and put a better OS on it 🤔
I _really_ wanted them to be good, and the only real problem they had was microsoft. Now that folding screens is just a normal part of the mobile ecosystem, that's probably a solved problem, right?

@sinensetin It looks like they go for $500–$600 on ebay, and none of the OSes I would want to try list it as supported. That's a lot of money for something that's unlikely to work, so I'll have to think about it
