These seem very strongly worded principles. I can't see this coming to pass (even if the law demands it).
Perhaps the actual legislation will be limited in scope.

@neil a thing I’ve learned to look for in statistics that are presented is where there’s gaps in the .gov page:
“The charity’s Report Remove service received just 19 sextortion reports in 2022. By 2025, that figure had risen to 394, highlighting the rapidly escalating threat facing young people online.”
Why are 2023 and 2024 missing here?
