Tech is engaged in a purge right now. They're deliberately pushing away people who would get mad over them giving money to DHH. They literally don't want our business, because we have expectations. It's not like you and I are likely to be in a position to make purchasing decisions for large tech companies anyway, because we're repelled from those positions for exactly the same reason.

That those of us with left-leaning tendencies ever managed to get into any positions of power in tech is an accident of history, one that's being corrected.

Delete your account, but don't delude yourselves into thinking they're gonna give a shit. Raspberry Pi never reversed themselves. Framework never reversed themselves. Because technically inclined people who are ever gonna be in any position of power are either fascists or just don't give a shit (and thus are fascists). Tech has never been on our side and never will.
