I just did the survey/interview/test-drive routine with them. It took one hour; the tool was good, the experience was pleasant, and I'm glad I did it. I gave some detailed feedback about a few aspects of the UI, but basically the thing is getting close to 1.0-ready I think. (Probably v1.0 will coincide with publication of their paper?)
